What is your production lead time?

In-stock: 3–5 days. Bulk 50–500 pcs: 15–20 days. Bulk 500+ pcs: 25–35 days. Custom OEM: add 7–10 days for prototyping.

How is pricing calculated?

Based on design complexity, plating type (Premium/Rhodium/Antique), and order volume. Bulk orders attract significant wholesale discounts.
What are your payment terms?

New buyers: 50% advance + 50% before dispatch. Established clients (3+ orders): 30% + 70%. Accepted: Bank Wire (T/T), LC, Western Union, PayPal.
Do you offer credit terms?

Available for long-term clients after 5+ orders. Bank guarantee or LC may be required for large credit orders.

Which shipping partners do you use?

Are import duties included in your price?
